What information is collected when you browse and order, why it is collected, and the choices you have.

This policy explains how Ben Blank (“we”, “us”) handles your personal information when you visit this site or buy a print. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details needed to process and fulfil it:
- Your name and email address.
- Your shipping address.
- Order details — the prints, sizes and materials you choose, and the amount paid.
Payment card details are entered during checkout and are handled entirely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to take payment, produce and ship your order, send order confirmations and respond to any questions about your purchase. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the store. Each receives only the information it needs:
- Shopify — secure checkout and payment processing.
- WhiteWall — our fine-art print lab, which produces your print and ships it to you. Your name and shipping address are shared so they can deliver the order.
- Resend — sends your order-confirmation email.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides privacy-first, aggregate performance and visitor analytics.
Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-first analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand how the site is used. These do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and the data is aggregate — it is not used to identify you. We do not run any advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may need to retain certain order records to meet tax and accounting obligations.
