Orders & products

Prints are produced to order by WhiteWall, a fine-art lab, on museum-grade materials. Open editions are printed on demand; limited editions are signed and numbered by hand, and once an edition sells out it will not be reprinted at that size and material.

Colours and tones are reproduced as faithfully as possible, but slight variation between screens and printed material is normal and is not a defect.

Pricing & availability

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order. Where required, applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text and design on this site are the copyright of Ben Blank and may not be reproduced, copied or used without written permission. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that physical print only — it does not transfer copyright or any licence to reproduce the image.

Returns

Because prints are made to order, they are final sale except where there is a defect, production error or transit damage. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
