Refund & Return Policy
Every print is made to order, so each one is final sale — but a flawed or damaged print is always put right.

Made to order
Prints are produced individually for you in the size and material you choose, so they cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason all sales are final and we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size and material before checking out.
Defects & damage
If your print arrives with a manufacturing defect, a production error, or damage from shipping, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the problem.
- Clear photos of the print and, if relevant, the packaging it arrived in.
Once we confirm the issue, we arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask you to keep the damaged packaging for the shipping carrier’s inspection.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
